Go to legalwiz.com and get Bill Bronchick’s do it yourself incorporatin guide. He claims forget about NV as you also have to file in your home state = more costs and fees, and I believe easier to pierce the veil some how too. You can email him there.

anyone start up a corporation, did you do it yourself, through a company like val-u-corp, or mycpa, etc., or have an attorney do it? I’m looking at starting a corporation out of nevada but would like to know if any one else has and what advice you can spare
