Is anyone familiar with purchasing realestate under a corporation? Because the situation that I am in is I have bad credit and I am in the process of getting items deleted from my credit profile, however I heard that you can establish new credit that does not apply to your personal credit if you form a corporation,…is anyone familiar with this concept?

Buying under the name of a corporation looks better to the seller and lender than your own name.

Also if you sell stock in your corporation and raise investment money, you’ll have all that money to invest, with no problems about your credit to interfere. but if you buy lots or properties, buy with a trust, in order to hide ownership–see your attorney.
