If it’s not making $$, is the IRS going to call it a hobby?
is it just easier to for a new entity, than clean up this one?

i have a corporation (inc) set up but dont really use it for anything other than advertising (it loses no money and makes no money)… but i havent kept up with the necessary paperwork for the past 3 years in reguards to the coporate mins, etc…
I have gotten certificates of good standing each year from the state but they only required me to fill out a personal property tax form and pay a few dollars to get that good standing cert.
Is it too late to make this corporation bulletproof - it does have a bank account w/ some big dollar deposits each year as I hold money in that account.
