If you are flipping 3 or more properties per year the recommendation is to form an S-Corporation for the flipping.

I want to start a real estate investment company in Florida flipping properties by buy, rehab, and resell, as well as wholesaling. Should I form a corp? If so a “C” corp or “S” corp. Or should I form an LLC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I would use either an “S” or “C” corp because of the greater liability protection than an LLC.
