We had a purchase agreement and the agreement stated that we have financing by 11-11-05. We told them we had financing on 11-10-05. on 11-13-05 they called and told us that the seller had gone with a higer offer because we did not have solid financing in writting to them by 11-11-05. The thing is that no where in that contract does it state that we needed to have anything in writting. They have already signed another contract to sell to someone else and have been basically told “to bad, so sad”. Do we have any kind of case.
