The best comps you can get are through a real estate agent. The free comps sites like Zillow are not very accurate.

Hello all,

I am just starting out and would like to know what info do contract buyers typically want from the contract flipper when deciding whether to buy it or not. I mean do they want the results of the inspection? appraisal? comps? repair estimates from contractors? Or do the get that info themselves after they buy the contract?

Any advise is appreciated.

Thanks much, Franc

The more information you can provide, the easier it will be to flip your contract. An appraisal may not be necessary, but certainly comps, repairs estimates and inspection are important.

Thanks William. Where do I find reliable comps? Are there web sites that provide that info or do I have to get a real estate agent involved?

Thanks Franc
