You should not proceed without legal counsel. The bankruptcy will stay all legal action, but your attorney can make a motion to the bankruptcy court for “relief from stay”. Do not delay - hire an attorney and take care of this right away.
Buyer is 2 months behind.
Didn’t get insurance on house per contract.
Hasn’t paid prop. taxes per contract.
I served her with Notice of Forfeiture.
5 days before the 30 days to cure, she tells me she filed Bankruptcy.
WHAT’S MY NEXT STEP? Thanks to all!

I second what BB said, but also if I were you, I’d check @ local BK court clerk’s office to see IF that BK was really filed, and get yourself a copy of it.
Any BK filing is public, so all you’ve gotta do is ask to see the file, then the clerk will gladly sell you a copy of anything in it.
