I agree with Brandon. Spend the money elsewhere (advertising for properties, closing costs etc.)

IF you do an archive search along the lines of “be you own mentor,” Ronald * Starr has written many posts advising that $5,000 could be better spent on a self-directed educational program. I believe it is good advice.

well Maggie…though Peter and David’s course is excellent… I must say, Your money spent better at John Burley’s boot camp. Tis is the best for your $5k. Check out JohnBurley.com and or mastermindforum.com. The next one is in feb I believe. Good Luck!
