i a newbie, but i placed a test ad to see how many t/b’s i could get for a 3/2 house. i got over 50 calls in 72 hours and my town is relatively small (55k people.)
getting a t/b is easy, finding the deals is not.

Hey Guys,
Has anyone had success with the l/o method presented in Conti and Finkel’s “Multiple Streams…” If so I’d like to hear about it. Also, how likely is it that you line up a t/b in 30-90 days (on a decent looking house)? Thanks alot - Matt Hegedus
