How can someone that works at a mortgage company be utilized in finding investment opportunities? Someone that has access to any information on/about the loan. Let’s say, a national portfolio, A to C paper, 28bil, with 2bil that is 60days, handling bankruptcy, preforeclosure and foreclosure?
