I would like some help with this situation…I own a home in what many would consider a war zone. I just finished rehabbing and have it rented for $350.00 positve cashflow a month. Here is the question? The house next door has been raided for drug sales twice in the last 2 months. I found the owner through tax records and have also done some other research at the city,he owns about 20 other houses. I don’t think he knows what is going on at his house.The prosecutors office is about to start proceedings to take the house… I want this house. Any input would be appreciated. I’m a newbie just starting out hence the start in a war zone…But I’m making money…

What do you want help with? Looks like you already know what you need to know, contact the owner. If the property has been raided for drug sales… the owner most likely ALREADY KNOWS! (Had a similar situation near one of my properties, my tenant was the one calling the cops - the owner was very tired of receiving calls from the DEA at 2 AM) and was eager to sell. Call the owner and make an offer.
