Condo maintaince fees on units held as rentals is deductable. If an owner occupied it is not unless the condo association has borrowed funds for improvements and then a small portion might be interest that might be. Consult a CPA for a better answer.

Can anyone tell me if I can claim condo maintinence as a tax write off on a condo rental.
