I’m looking for my first commercial real estate deal. CPA background so can do due diligence and figure basic deal terms and financial return, etc.
The option I’m looking at is a cond office, 6600 sq ft out of 25000. Monthly rent 5288.50 with a curretn tennant lease expiring 12/32/2004.taxes 1.44 sq ft and condo fee 312 per month.
What are the unique issues/questions on a condo office and is this better/worse than stand alone office bldg?
