Are there any similar houses for sale in the neighborhood at this time?If so,any you might try calling on one of them and ask the agent to fax comps to you.You can also ask your local tax assessor for a printout of recent sales in the area.

I am looking for a realtor that is willing to get some comps for me. This is for one house only in the Dallas area. Can anyone recommend a realtor that will do this for a reasonable fee? Thanks.
