Tom, have you tried zillow.com? While their values are a little on the high side, you can pull up recent sales and see for yourself.

I’m just starting out in real estate and I plan on flipping properties to investors (wholesaling) at first to gain experience/capital. I’ve been told I need a realtor on my team to help me pull comps/segment target neighborhoods.
First of all, is there any other accurate and relatively accessible way to pull comps besides having a realtor get on MLS?
If not, what does someone in my position have to offer a realtor in return for pulling comps for me? What should the give and take be in my relationship with a realtor?
Thanks,
Tom
