I maintain it’s the sending that matters, not so much what you send.

Generally I don’t use letterhead but was just wondering. Is it better to use letterhead when inquiring about vacant homes?

Br: I’m with Joe on this one. But I think it’s a good question. I think it depends on what you do. I don’t want to appear to be anyone other than an individual buying and selling houses so I don’t use letterhead. But I’m contacting owners of vacant properties, probate properties and tax-defaults. I don’t think they care–if they are interested they will call. And they do.
But if I were doing lease/options or pre-foreclosures, maybe I’d pick a different look to my correspondence.
Sincerely, Kristine
