I’ve received the same thing. I signed on fresh and had to fill out a user update. Got a message that they would give two free COMPS and additional COMPS would depend on the user info you provided. Looks like they want to contact users to make sure if they’re giving you free COMPS that they get something in return.

Several posts recommended www.titleadvantage.com/ for free comps. I regestered & got a thourough comp on a prop. Then the next time I logged on & tried I get a “credits exceeded” message. Am I doing something wrong or is this really a fee based site? Thanks for any advise in advance
