Hi Caesar. Do you live in Michigan? This is one state that I would not recommend investors to buy in. So many jobs have left the state. Real estate may be cheap there, but unless there is a diverse job market, I’d stay away. You can find deals in the midwest or south that are just as good. Just my 2 cents.
