I’m interested in purchasing a commercial property (Self Storage)and need to find out the basics as it relates to the Executive Summary. I need to understand what is needed i.e. borrower’s profile, property mgr, revenue, stabilization, valuation, cap rate, income approach etc… Also how to prepare it for the bank financing. Does anyone know if there is a class or online material explaining how this works.
