I am also looking at a mixed use commercial property with a bank, video store, county social work office, and 3 apts… rate I got this afternoon after I sent this post was 7.00 5 year arm w/ 25 year amt.

Strange how rates can vary so much.

I am looking at a self storage unit with the following numbers (basic):

Asking 1,250,000
Down 200,000

Loan 1,050,000

What are current comm. loan rates for deals like this? Credit score is 700+ and I have about 300K equity on other properties and some cash on the side…
