We cordially invite you to join RealEra.net,
commercial real estate’s first professional networking
and information site with a singular mission of
connecting all of the people, companies, and real
estate in this industry.

Here are just a few of the great benefits you will
enjoy from your free RealEra.net membership:

  1. Real Estate Showcase - Add a real estate asset to
your profile and it will be searchable from anywhere
in RealEra.net, and displayed in Instant Location
Profile results. In addition, the asset profile page
is optimized for all major search engines, and will be
easy to find by the likes of Google and Yahoo.

  2. Member Blogs - Share your real estate insights
knowledge on RealEra.net and establish yourself as the
local expert. You can write about anything that’s
commercial real estate related, whether it’s the local
market condition, provide commentaries, or offer
useful tips. When members search for local
information on people, companies, and real estate,
your blog posts will also show up in the search
    results.

  3. News & Press Releases - Keep up with the latest
news and developments in the industry via our news
aggregator feature. You can also post and distribute
your company’s recent news events and press releases
on RealEra.net and share them with the rest of the
    industry.

  4. Professional Directories - Expand your contact base
by taking advantage of our online business profiles of
15,000+ companies and 50,000+ industry professionals.

It is my intention to develop a list of commercial real estate investors, using email and AIM for contact purposes, and dividing the investors into states and/or regions for the purpose of bringing open and effective communication between investors, developers, and possibly lenders. (I will personally review the list and remove any persons I deem to be spammers or those who wish harm upon any other.)

If you are interested in helping with the development of this list and wish to be sent the list then feel free to email me.
