Dear All,
I have a hot project that just came back on the market on March 1 when the contracted builder defaulted. Anyway, I am now overcommited on several projects (which I commited to just before closing) and am letting this one go ASAP in Novi, Michigan.
I am looking for any commercial real estate investment sites where I should post it to sell it. I have created a website for this site plan approved project: www.avertrust.com/47133.html. I have also posted the info on Costar.com, Loopnet.com, CIMLS.com, CIMSnet.com, CBOR, and CPIX. It is also on the MLS.
Do you know of anywhere else online where I should post it specifically for investors? The retail value is $1.9M, and I’m selling it for $1.2M.
