Commercial Multi-Family Proposal Format - Posted by SteveCtx

Hi Folks. I’ve contacted the sellers of a 24 and an 8 unit appartment complexes. We sat down yesterday to get a feel for each other and understand each others needs. They requested a couple proposals be sent over so their CPA can review and help them make a decision - they are reasonably high net-worth individuals. SO, my question to you all here is does anyone have a reasonably simple and asthetically pleasing proposal format that they wouldn’t mind sharing with me?
The sellers shared lots of details and after meeting me they are willing to consider seller financing. The porposals need to be sent over in a week or 2 but I’m not one to re-invent the wheel if someone already has an effective way to present proposals to sellers that are doing owner financing.
Your help is very much appreciated. This would be my second purchase of a multi-family but the first deal basically fell in my lap so presentations and “sophistication” was not necessary at all.
Regards,
Steve in Texas

Have you looked at David Lindals’ format?

I do not own Dave’s program. Does he have a good format? I’m really not looking to spend $300 to $1000 just for a presentation format. Was really hoping someone had something nice but simple they could share.
