He does not like to do group showings. He has you put a lock box on the house, and that way anyone can call you to get in the house themselves. He said he does not have problems with people vandalizing houses, etc.

Has anyone used his “selling homes at lightning speed” course. If so, is it much different than what I do now, i.e. ads, signs in area, 800 vm, group showings? I am planning a full time commissioned seller soon.
