I have the phone numbers of several people who own commercial property in my market and I am going to start cold calling them tomorrow. I will be looking for leads for properties for sale. Has anyone done this before and if so any tips or advice? I am kind of in a rut right now. I have sent out tons of letters and postcards to owners and have found some leads but nothing great yet. It seems like people just owe to much and can not afford to sell for less. Thanks for the help.
