I have a coin washer and dryer in a triplex that I own and I get about $100/month total from both machines. I charge 1.50 for a wash and 1.50 for a dry.

What kind of income could I expect from a coin laundry machine in a 4-plex?
I’m looking at buying one and there is a place where I could put a coin laundry and I’m trying to see if it makes sense to do it.
I searched the archives but the only income figures I could find was for larger buildings, but doing some rough calcs, my guess is about $20/month for a 4-plex?
