The names on the deed determine who has the right to sell. The name on the mortgage does not - unless its being foreclosed.

my ex-spouse and i have intrest in a home with both our names on the deed but with only her name on the mortgage,does she control any sales aspects and or contracts or do i have equal rights having my name on the deed?
