One last thought, after you have done 1 or 2 deals you will have the funds in hand to buy more courses, that way you don’t have any guilty feeling about parting with $300-$900. The business is making money and more education only speed up the cash flow to you. Hope this helps. Lets us all know when you get your first deal OK !!!

Sorry, I inadvertantly posted this to the wrong board the first time!

I am fairly new in the arena of Lease Purchasing, and after doing some research I came across several people offering different courses on lease purchasing. One of which was Claude Diamond’s. My question is this: Is it worth it? Has anyone eles purchased his course, and what are your summations? I have purchased Joe Kraiser’s “Ultimate Lease Option”, and found it informative, but I am looking for more ideas on how to genereate more calls from motivated sellers. Will Claude Diamond’s course do this? Is it worth $1,600 dollars (that’s a lot of money for my pocket book!) for a “home study course”.

I have seen courses offered by Scott Britton and William Bronchick too, any comments on their courses?

I would appreciate any and all comments. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Have you looked at Claude’s web site. He has the L/O course for $199. and a Video for $99. You might consider buying the $199 course-- may I suggest after you buy whatever course you choose, after studying it. Get out into the field looking for your first deal—use news group 1 here on creonline as a mentoring forum. Then sign up for the chatline-- each nite from 8:30 to 10:00 P.D.T. you can talk to some veteran investors Like JPiper & sometimes Joe Kaiser or others will be able to guide you, correcting your mistakes as you go. Come on as often as your busy life will let you. This mentoring is free and very powerful as well. I think using all the resources here, can do more good than most very expensive Mentoring programs. Hope this helps and keep us posted.
