I have just been surfing Diamond’s site and found it very interesting. He certainly paints a positive picture in favor of investing in RE through Lease Purchase approach. He porports to do one-on-one mentoring which is certainly a rarity today.
I would appreciate feedback from anyone who has taken one of his mentoring programs. Does he do what he says? Have you been successful doing Lease Purchase deals after mentoring with him?
Any insights would be appreciated.
