Hm… where is a good place to network for commercial buildings? I am a newbie in this field, but the motivated seller is REALLY motivated, but I have no idea how to get in contact with people who are really “buying” these types of run down bad neighborhood properties…
And it doesn’t help that I’m out out state either.
