I went to City Hall a couple of days ago looking up owners of vacant properties. Much to my dismay, current addresses for the property owners weren’t available and the staff was of no help…they were downright “RUDE”. I’m going back again tomorrow, but I’d like to know (in advance) whether or not the records in the Revenue Department (real estate tax information) is available to the public. Most of these properties are current in taxes…knowing where the taxes are being sent gives me the current address as I’m eager to get the ball rolling. Thanks in advance.

name and address. Some counties are online and contain the delinquent tax information on the same system. Other’s have 2 non compatible compter systems and still other have no autamation whatsoever.

You need to ask for the tax rolls. They should be available to the public. I am now getting the discs for each township. You really need to be extremely nice when you go in.

There should be books and even maybe a computer set up.
