If 5 people own a home and one of the five gets child support liens on the property,for more than what that individual would receive when the home sells, can the other 4 be made to make up the difference out of their proceeds?

my ex-husband pass away resently, HRS has a lein on property, but girl friends name is also on deed, she just look off his name off the house deed. need to know is the property still have a lein or can she refinance what should I do

MY FRIEND IS IN THIS SITAUTION!
SHEE NEEDS TO FIND HELP…AND THIS IS HER SITUATION- AS NO CHILD SUPPORT IS BEING REALIZED BY HER…AND HER HUSBAND IS ONE OF A FEW CHILDREN- WHO ARE ALL CASHING IN ON THE PROPERTY.
SHE WILL BE AGAIN,!..NOT BE GETTING ANY MONEY!-HE DOES NOT CARE/AND HAS NEVER PAID A CENT FOR HIS TWO CHILDREN!
