I am scheduled to close 9/30 on a 60 unit apt complex. Is there a checklist of questions? Am I responsible for any expenses spent by previous owner? I understand agreement with suppliers, etc. Should it all be prorated to date of closing? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. You can email me separately if you like. thank you.
