Hello all,

I just had a tenant that moved out an totally wreck the place. Anyway, I’m in fix-it mode right now and could use some advice.
One of my cabinent doors is completely missing and the dog which they had in the house scratched up all of the existing doors. Anyone know of a place which sells cheap cabinent door replacements? Should I go local or online? Anyone have prior exerience with this?

Check Decorative Specialties. Decore.com. They can refer you to a cabinet shop in your area whom you can order from. You can also find places on the computer that will sell cabinet doors, but I’ve always found cheaper prices going through my local cabinet shop.

Large discount home builder store that are also specialized in rental, local apartment/RE clubs for references, ask other experienced landlords, call around using pennysaver etc.
