There was a discussion a while back about several charities that would help funnel a down payment to a buyer. I can’t access it through the archives, and hope someone could update me on the topic or reprint the original. Which charities were doing this, and have there been any problems associated with the practice? Thanks.

They give up to 10% down. I’ve heard of Neighborhood Gold that gives any percentage but haven’t seen a website for them.
