Your post doesn’t clearly say you have, or will be filing a CH 13.
But if you file a CH 13, the minute it’s filed, the BK Trustee actually owns all assets of the BK Petitioner; however, the T may make such a demand, but might not, and even if T does so demand, you’d have the right to contest it in BK court and those contests are frequently just not worth the T’s time.
So you’d likely be able to keep the rent already received.
