Cashflow Ideas from 1 acre of land. - Posted by Jonathan

Does it have water? Sewer? Utilities? Is it zoned for residential? If so,
how many housing units allowed per acre? Are mobiles allowed? They
aren’t in my county… Are rents high enough that you could spend
another 10 or 20K and generate cash flow?

Where were you browsing land listings? There is so much land that
will always be for sale and never really use-able. Tread carefully when
considering anything on ebay or other auction sites. Run the other
direction from internet “land wholesalers.”

Lots of things to consider. Happy researching.

I have been browsing the land sale listings and have found several 1 acre lots for sale. I have the money to pay for the land cash, or a very low monthly payment. If I bought an acre of land, what are some ideas i could implement to generate some cashflow?..Mobile Home? The land isnt located in the city area, but just outside of it. Commercial, such as strip mall, outlet, isnt an option. Any ideas on what i could do with an acre of land for about 10k?
thanks
(Im a newb  )

All you have to do is find a need and fill it.

Grazing land, farm land, timber land or hunting land.

Your land could be a good place for people interested in performing chemical experiments or having a friendly game of, uhh, bridge.

People need a place for the simple pleasures of life like getting drunk and making whoopee.

For the last few I would just rent the land in the name of LMNOP Enterprises just in case I had a sudden desire to immediately visit the Cayman Islands for an indefinite period.

It has water and electric for a MH. Is it common for MH owners to “lease”/“rent” the land from another? What are other ideas beside MH?

Land is the HIGHEST risk and HIGHEST reward part of real estate.

That being said, in all my years in the business, I HAVE NEVER seen a major land player bet on the come.

They all HAVE plans and projects for any land they are purchasing…they do not buy it and bet, hope, pray, that it will be useful

As Kristine said…LOOK way before your LEAP…there is some land that will NEVER come up to your hoped potential.

Good Luck,
