I want to buy houses direct from the homeowner and not from other wholesalers. I don’t want to wholesale a house. I actually want to buy a fixer upper house then work on it and sell after the remodel. Are there any google gurus on this site to help me get closer to page 1 on google? I am tired of paying the huge wholesale fee in order to buy a house in the Sacramento area.
