I would like to discuss setting up a note
business with an investor, but I have not yet
taken your seminar.

Would it be possible for you to give me an
example of what I could do with $100,000
from an investor? Ie, that amount may purchase
3 or 4 notes, or maybe 10-15 smaller ones, etc.

Assume the investor wants a 14% yield. Initially,
does the investor hold the notes and I broker them
for a commission?

I just need a handle on how to direct a conversation
to see what the level of interest is when I go one
on one with him next week. I know him well enough
to be up front and let him know my knowledge is
just beginning. I view this like a hard money lender who
is less concerned with the individual’s credit history
than the LTV ratio to secure his investment.

Right now I am trying to “broker” your knowledge from
course/seminar materials and available funds.

Thanks.
