I recently purchased the program and I live in the Hartford area, where property prices are not as high as Fairfield but relative to the south they are. It makes me wonder about applying these principles in Southern New England at all, because I don’t remember seeing many people at all in CS’s success stories from this part of the country. It seems that most people purchase property for less than $75k and that is not very possible in this “rich” state. In doing research in my area, most properties are at least $95k and well above. That is a tough number to deal with for someone just starting off in this program. I am just as curious as you are about applying these principles in CT.
