I purchased Carlton Sheets’ course about a month ago. I finished reading. I thought it was too basic so I purchased many other books on real estate.

I was about to write an offer…but problem…

Now I realize that I misplaced his C.O.G. chart and having trouble which way to go. I was wondering if anyone would send me a copy? I would pay $10 for your trouble…
