I bought the course 3 years ago.I live just north of LA and found that property is so expensive here that the 1% rule(getting 1% of the property’s value for 1 months rent is next to impossible here so i could not use it out here…does anyone have any info on exactly what i should look for out here? I would appreciate any help as i’d love to get in the real estate game. Thanks
