Don’t be discouraged before you even have a chance to start. I have heard that the market is great there. It is the fastest growing city in the U.S. and there are a lot of foreclosures. Carlton Sheets has the best value for the money as an introduction to RE investing, I think. But don’t stop there. Like he says himself, you need to continue educating yourself as you go and you will learn how to achieve your goals.

Hello, I’m a real estate investor “wannabe”, I don’t even have an idea of how to sell or buy a house but I bought the C. Sheets real state package a few months ago and I’ve been scared and feeling some fear of all the possible competition in this field out there, I live in Las Vegas, NV. does anybody have an idea of how is the real estate market here in Vegas. any answer is highly appreciated. Thanks
