Easy! I would suggest your beef might be with the credit dard company that approved the transaction. Even if it was the credit card company or CS, these thing happen occasionally in every business with a large volumn of tranaction. I am sure they will assist you to correct the matter.

I looked at my credit card statement the other day and saw a charge from MWI Financial services for $84.00. I had no clue what it was…after gettting on the internet and researching them I found out it was a scam. I got their # and called…and they said they got my credit card information from Carleton Sheets Inc…thanks alot Carleton Sheets, I guess you are just like every other telemarketing scam out there…now I have to go through a bunch of crap to get my money back.

I’m not sure if you had this cleared up already, but I use to work for a credit card company so, if situations like this arrived I know what to do. Don’t get angry and start calling everyone who works at the credit card company name okay! Calm down and look at your financial statement and flip it over. You should find an address for charges you want to dispute. Just write a professional letter to your credit card company that you did not engage in this activity and they will look into the matter. It may take anywhere from 2wks to 2months before the matter is resolved. Meanwhile the charge will be suspended (no interest accrues) until researched if finalized. Any questions?

… either is the company that represents his products.

You’ve been scammed by a company that goes under
several different names, not by Carleton Sheets.

They get credit card information and involuntarily
enroll you in some product/service they claim to offer.

There is a lot of buzz about this company. I suggest
you contact your local police department and file a
complaint. Let them and your local AG know that this
is a big internet scam affecting many.

Contact your county and state AG’s office with the
same information.

Contact the Security Department at your credit card
company. Supply supporting documentation. Fill out
their paperwork and apply for your refund. Make sure
to include all supporting information.

This company claims to get your CC info from several
sources, most I’m sure, untrue.

You can debate endlessly, whether or not the CS program
“works for you” or “works in your area,” etc., but
there is no debate about the quality and integrity of
the company itself. The folks representing CS products
don’t sell your credit card information to anyone…
and have absolutely nothing to do with the MWI fraud.
