Hi everyone. This is my first time visiting this site. Great info! Anyways, I have owned a rental property in the past. i bought it through conventional methods. I’m interested in buying Carleton’s course. I’m wondering what success people have had in Michigan with it. i owned my property in Windsor, Canada. I would like to get involved in REI much more. Any input from Carleton’s Michigan students would be greatly appreciated.
Also, is it easier if you use some of your own money as I do have some money to put towards these ventures? Let me know. Thanks.
