Unfortunately Mr. Abe died a few years ago.

Carl’s estate put Russ Dalbey in charge of the Academy of Mortgage Associates after Carl’s untimely passage. Shortly thereafter, they assigned Carl’s courses, newsletter, etc. to Russ. Four years ago, Russ was given full control of the operation, and subsequently folded the enterprise into America’s Note Network. He has all of Carl’s original materials.
