Thanks for the feedback. I’m thinking the same thing; I’m sure much hasn’t changed since then.
Thanks!

Is the “new”, “black” course Carleton is offering any different (updated) than the “green” one I just obtained, released in late 1998? Unclear whether the new one is really “new and completely updated”. Considering purchasing it, $300, but won’t if it is the same basic info.

Hey,
I own three courses (Blue, green and the new black). The only difference is that the new black is more ‘video’ based rather than book and tape, or CD, based. That is, more videos come with the material and the format of presentation is the same but the ideas are ALL the same. Nothing has changed. I bought the black solely because I have become somewhat of a “get rich course” collector. And, in hindsight, that is really all the black course is good for if you have one of the earlier ones.

mrbeagle,
IMHO not much has changed in home buying since 98 of course with the exeption of all time low intrest rates.
Maybe CS has a few new techniques…I dont know.
If it were me I would stick with what you have. Your course certianly is not outdated with a 1998 release date.
Best of luck,
