Whoa, a MORTGAGE BROKER who has fallen on HARD TIMES, in what has to be about the FIFTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR of home sales and mortgage refinances??? Sounds to me like the LAST PERSON I’d want to be in a PARTNERSHIP with! To be a winner you should only associate with winners! Steer clear of this person.

A PARTNERSHIP is a LEGAL ENTITY, this person can FINANCIALLY OBLIGATE for purchases about which you have no knowledge.

Thinking about forming a partnership with an experienced mortgage broker who has fell on hard times. The delimma is he has minimal to no money to bring to the partnership, but has a wealth of knowledge, experience,& I have no experience, I have capital. Can someone give me advice on how to structure the partnership. I want to put together a fair & reasonable partnership under the current circumstances, Bill
