I have a flip deal that was to close Friday and the customer cant get insurance until he hurricane goes through. All of you will have to deal with this at one time or another and this is the second time a storm burnt me. We knew 2 weeks ago we were going to close this Friday, I should have paid the policy for my customer for a year last week then it would have been no problem.

Try NC Farm Bureau Insurance. I was able to insure a property through them yeaterday.

Call around. We got insurance yesterday on 2 properties we’re closing this week (through our State Farm agent). Let’s hope they’re still standing on the weekend
