I have a buyer that’s asking me to find the owner of a boarded shell next to a rehab he just did (I love it when THEY call ME!)

Anyone have any tricks for finding phone numbers? I’m not experienced here.

I have a full name and address from the tax records and if I can’t find the phone number, I’ll probably just show up at the address with a contract.

But, I thought I’d ask around first.
